As part of booked services, I may photograph or film you and your event. Whether and how that content may be used for my own portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes is addressed directly in your service agreement at the time of booking — not by this policy. If you have questions about content usage for your specific booking, please ask before signing.
I retain inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual and tax obligations, and maintain business records — after which it's deleted or securely archived.
